Sport First are Professional Sports Agents based in the UK providing a complete Player Representation service to Professional Golfers, Footballers, Cricketers and Rugby Players. Our full and comprehensive service leaves our clients free to concentrate on the business of playing sport. In addition a highly experienced and qualified team make every effort to alleviate the increasing pressures experienced by players from media, commercial considerations and financial matters.

Graham Walker – Coach

Graham Walker, one of Golf Monthly’s Top 25 Coaches, is lead coach to the England Under-18 Squad as well as technical coach to the England Elite Squad. Graham is also Head Professional at The Oaks Golf Club where he runs the highly successful Walker Golf Academy.

Ryan McGuigan - Caddy

Danny’s caddy, Ryan McGuigan, hails from Coleraine in Northern Ireland and is a highly experienced bagman. Ryan began caddying in 2005 for childhood friend, Micahel Hoey, and has since gone on to work for players such as Robert Rock, Oliver Fisher and Matteo Manassero. Ryan has experience of winning after steering Manassero to two titles and began working with Danny at the Maybank Malaysian Open in 2012. Their partnership got off to a great start with a 3rd place finish.

Dr. Brian Hemmings, C. Psychol – Sport Psychologist

Brian has been the lead psychologist to the England golf team for 15 years delivering high performance strategies with European and World Championship winning teams and individuals at men’s, youth and junior level. During this time he has helped develop the mental skills of the best young emerging English golfers working with many players into their professional careers on the various European tours.

He is also the performance psychologist to the English Women’s Golf Association and several current LET players.

Podium Performance – Sports Science Team

Housed in Sheffield Hallam University’s Centre for Sport and Exercise Science, the Podium team has over 100 years of combined experience in delivering performance solutions to a wide range of regional, national and international athletes, teams and businesses. Through their integrated team of sport science and medicine service providers, from a range of disciplines including physiology, psychology, biomechanics, nutrition, physiotherapy and strength and conditioning, they can provide a complete support package.

Podium Performance also provides a golf-specific sport performance service in conjunction with the Zenjin Golf Academy.
